Terms & Agreement

1. If booking a session in-store, I agree to arrive 10 minutes prior to my session time.  

2. My booked session time is the slot that I have reserved and my session will end promptly as scheduled, regardless if I am late or do not show to my appointment. I also acknowledge that if I wish to stay past my booked time, I may extend my session in increments of 30 minutes at a rate of $30 per extension.  

3. I acknowledge that if I bring a guest with me, they MUST purchase a session or will be asked to leave the store, as we are pressed for space and can not accommodate the room for visitors not in a session. 

4. If I choose to upgrade my session or purchase additional accessories offered, I may do so at any time. 

5. All sales are final and DIY Scent Studio does not offer refunds. In the event of a cancellation of a session, non-expiring in-store credit will be provided for you to reschedule your session at your convenience. 

6. For DIY Perfumery Kits, exchanges do not include any shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to products during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

7. For DIY Perfumery Kits, we only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged within 30 days of your purchase. Upon receipt of the returned product in the original packaging, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
