  • Supplying off-site venue

  • Paying the entire invoice by '3 weeks prior to the event'

  • Transportation Fee:

    • No Transportation Fee for 12 Scent-access & 3 Scent-access, if within 30 mile radius of the Fairfax Shop. 

    • No Transportation Fee for equipment transportation for locations within 1 hour travel-time limit (one-way).

    • $250 flat rate charge for equipment transportation for locations between 1-2 hours travel-time limit (one-way).

    • $500 flat rate charge for equipment transportation for locations between 2-3 hours travel-time limit (one-way).

• Off-Site Labor Costs:

  • Labor Costs: $62.50 Labor p/h per employee

    • 1 Perfumer for 8-20 People

    • 2 Perfumers for 21-150 People

    • 3 Perfumers 150+ People

• Perfume Creation - 80 Scent access (In-Store & Off-Site sessions available)

  • In-Store session:

    • Workstation Costs: $92.50 per Workstation (a $7.50 per person group discount) with a 8-20 person limit.

    • Perfume Organ Size: 80 Scents Access

    • Description:

      • Bottle Size: 1x10mL. Additional bottles and of different sizes are sold separately. 

    • Participants:

      • Minimum Number of Participants=8

    • $62.50 Labor p/h per employee (1 Perfumer for 8-20 People / 2 Perfumers for 21-40 people / 3 Perfumers 40+ People)

• Perfume Creation - 12 Scent access (Off-Site sessions only)

  • Workstation Costs: $30 per person/workstation

  • Perfume Organ Size: 12 Scents Access

  • Description:

    • Designed for personal and larger group/corporate events. Participants are provided with mini perfume organs with scents from the major scent families to customize their fragrance. Workstations will have perfume formula sheets and scent strips.

    • Can be offered in a Sit-Down Instructional or Party Booth format. 

    • Bottles will include a ready-made perfume base to start. 

    • Bottle Size: 1x5mL. Additional bottles and of different sizes are sold separately. 

  • Participants:

    • Minimum Number of Participants=15

    • Maximum Number of Participants=Depending on duration of event

• Perfume Creation - 3 Scent access (Off-Site sessions only)

  • Workstation Costs: $10 per person/workstation

  • Perfume Organ Size: 3 Scents Access

  • Description: 

    • Designed for larger group, corporate events, or weddings. Participants are provided with 3 pre-selected scents to either customize their fragrance or follow-along in an instructional format. 

    • Can be offered in a Sit-Down Instructional or Party Booth format. 

    • Bottles will include a ready-made perfume base to start. 

    • Duration: Determined by the aforementioned factors.

    • Bottle Size: 1x5mL. Additional bottles and of different sizes are sold separately. 

  • Participants:

    • Minimum Number of Participants=20

    • Maximum Number of Participants=Depending on duration of event

• Private Virtual Session

  • Rates for 1 Employee for a 1.5 hour session (1hr presentation + 30 min Q&A).

  • 8 Person Minimum=$400

  • Description: 

    • Our 1 hour presentation will guide you through the process, explain blending techniques, teach the basic fundamentals, and assist with formulas crafting inquiries during the Q&A session.
